Cabin charter

cabin charter in TurkeyA cabin charter is an interesting option for those who would like to spend their vacations cruising the turquoise waters of Turkey, enjoying the company of crew and friendly people on board.

Cabin charter is possible on a traditional wooden boat, called gulet. The capacity on gulets depends on a boat’s length. They all meet standard security requirements and are equipped with navigation, sailing and cooking facilities.

Cabins are usually double-bedded, though you can ask for a single cabin or a three-bedded cabin. Some cabins have the third additional berth. Anyway, the private area is separated from the activity area where passengers spend most of their time.
Gulet types vary from the luxury ones to those of simple characteristics, without any special fittings. Luxury gulets provide all high class facilities; cabins with their own wc/shower, hot and cold water, air condition and more.
Crew is always at your disposal. Your captain will handle the boat and take responsibility for the safety on board. A cook will make your cruise even more enchanting with various meals and flavors. A deckhand will help in various activities on board. There may be passengers on board from different countries at the same time. This creates a good atmosphere for friendship among the sea lovers from all over the world.

You can choose either half board or a full board option. Drinks are usually bought from the bar on board. Cabin charter prices generally include half/full board accommodation on board, crew service, use of equipment, yacht insurance, harbor fees, though there might be some variations in prices.

These gullets usually run on engine, though they are all equipped with sails in case of favorable weather conditions. Cabin charter does not differ much from charter of the whole gulet. It’s just that you’ll have to share the boat with new people instead of your family and friends, but is still as interesting as the other option.
